Best Friends Animal Rescue

When you fall in love with one of our animals, and decide you would like to adopt, there are a few things you need to do to get the process moving.

• Fill out an adoption application.

• Sign an adoption contract.

• Adopters must be approved before meeting the dog, which would include a vet reference check if adopting out of state.

•  A home visit may be required.

• Best Friends Animal Rescue will also be in contact with you by phone.

• Our animals are already spayed or neutered if they are old enough. If not you must sign a spay/neuter contract as well.

 

We know this seems like a lot of paperwork, but just remember that our focus is the well-being of our rescued animals and seeing that they are matched up with the perfect family, so they can finally have that forever home.
